Notice your Google reviews have dropped off during the Covid-19 crisis? There is a reason. Google is suspending their review services on Google My Business. Users cannot leave a review on Google and business owners cannot respond to the reviews.

Customers can still leave reviews, and those reviews are being
collected by Google, but just not displayed at this time. Why? To protect businesses. Google is trying to prevent customers from leaving bad reviews for instance if businesses have to temporarily change their hours or close down. But no worries, any reviews left now should post once Google determines that you weren’t unfairly hit with negative reviews. So stay calm and reviews will come, eventually.
